Anna Glueckert - President - Owner
Anna Glueckert started Precision Business Resources in July 2018. With over 20 yrs experience in Human Resources, Accounting and Managing Businesses plus continued community volunteer involvement. She took her dream to spread the knowledge of business/HR and community to help small businesses; and made it reality. In September 2022 she continued her dream and expanded into a 2nd location in Townsend, MT. In 2025 she purchased the East Helena location and grew into the East Helena community to continue the dream for all the surrounding areas.
Brandi Dohlen - CPA - Owner - Capital Taxes
Brandi Dohlen, CPA, Partnered with Precision Business Resources in December 2020. With over 20 yrs of Accounting and her Certified Public Accountant License she brings her love and passion for taxes to the business. Brandi has a pride and customer driven focus.
Leandra Fraley - Accounting Coordinator / Tax Specialist
Leandra joined Precision Business Resources in July 2024 at our East Helena location. Leandra has an extensive background of tax preparation, accounting and bookkeeping as well as working with small businesses.
Dallas Smith - VP & Accounting Manager
Dallas Smith joined Precision Business Resources in April 2020. Dallas has an extensive background in accounting and bookkeeping. In 2023 Dallas furthered her knowledge and started preparing taxes to excel her expertise for clients. In 2025 Dallas was promoted to Vice President and manages our East Helena office.
Tacy Swanton - Payroll Specialist
Tacy joined Precision Business Resources in June 2024 at our Townsend location. Tacy has an extensive background in adminstrative assistance with a drive for accounting and working with small businesses. In 2025 she was promoted to the Payroll Specialist where she handles all our clients payrolls.
Shelby Davis - Accounting Specialist
Shelby joined Precision Business Resources in September 2022 at our Townsend location and is now in our East Helena office. Shelby has a background in customer service, organizational skills while ensuring the "White Glove" service is followed through. While furthering her experience she is attending college to obtain her Accounting and Business degree.
Kelly O'Brien- Accounting Specicialist
Kelly joined Precision Business Resources in March 2026 at our Townsend location. Kelly has an extensive background in accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, plus exceptional customer service. In addition to her involvment in the Townsend community Kelly's knowledge and expertise of accounting plus her drive for success make her a great addition.
